CSISD Southwood Valley Elementary School Renovations Phase II | CSISD | College Station, TX

RAVA Construction was awarded the prime contract for the Southwood Valley Elementary School, Phase 2 Renovations Project by College Station Independent School District (CSISD). The project, located at 2700 Brothers Blvd in College Station, had contract value of approximately $3.4 Million, and provided further renovations to the school serving nearly 600 students within the highly rated CSISD. RAVA worked in conjunction with designer VLK Architects’ Houston office to complete these summer renovations prior to return of students in the fall.

The project scope included the renovation of a 49,500 square foot wing of the existing Southwood Valley Elementary School. The work elements included HVAC, electrical, plumbing, demolition, fire sprinklers, and interior finishes. The project was completed early August 2023.

Members of the RAVA team have worked on CSISD projects for over 15 years on numerous successful projects, including the recently completed Phase 1 of the Southwood Valley ES Renovations. RAVA continues to be a proud supporter of the CSISD Education Foundation, participating as a sponsor of both student scholarships and the annual “50 Men Who Can Cook” event.
