Northwest Water Facility Project | City of Wichita | Wichita, KS
RAVA Construction partnered with QD Construction Services, LLC for the completion of the Northwest Water Facility (NWWF) Project in Wichita, Kansas. Together, RAVA and QD were awarded a subcontract for the NWWF Project. Located in Sedgwick County, the NWWF project was awarded by Wichita Water Partners—a joint venture of Alberici and Burns & McDonnell completing this buildings package for the City of Wichita. The subcontract was valued at $13.3 Million and had eight remaining packages out for bid through RAVA Construction. The total RAVA managed scope represented $15.5 Million, including MEP and CIP Concrete.
Awarded under the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method, the scope of work includes the construction of the Chemical Feed Building and Disinfection Building at the Northwest Water Facility.
The project broke ground on May 16th, 2022, and was substantial complete date September 2024.
